Step-wise Procedure:
01. Open Image in the PhotoShop 7.0 by using simple short key Ctrl+O.
02. Once you got the image Go to the Image option on the Top left Corner ( Image Tab ) and Select Image size.
03. By selecting the Image size option you will get options to change the size of an Image in a bunch of parameters like Inches, CM, MM, Pixels, Percentage, and so on. You can use any one of them according to your need.
04. Once you set the size according to your need hit ENTER or press OK. You will get an Image of your choice. Then Go to File Options again and Save the image ( Select Save As Option or Use Short Key Shift+Ctrl+S ).
05. Once you try to save the image you will get different format options Select according to your need. Mostly we use JPEG/PNG formats in forms and for other uses.
06. Once you choose the format click on the to save option then you will be redirected to size and quality options choose according to your need. Then press Ok and the Image will be saved.
